Restoring bugs from persistent storage takes ridicilous amounts of time. (A
minute or two for 40-50 bug reports). I'm not sure what's causing this but it
has to be made better.

We are now shipping Mylyn which obsoletes the old bugzilla plugin.  Please open
a request at bugs.eclipse.org against Mylyn if this issue persists.  Thank you.
