https://github.com/openshift/csi-driver-manila-operator/pull/20 is merged. To completely fix this bug we need to update the CVS with https://github.com/openshift/csi-driver-manila-operator/pull/19 Verified pass with images in https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/54130. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
