* The assembler now supports the generation of DWARF-5 format line number tables.

Fixed in binutils-2.35-1.el7 and binutils-2.35-1.el6 Verified with devtoolset-10-binutils-2.35-3.el7. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
