Rebase package(s) to version: 2.35 Highlights, important fixes, or notable enhancements: * The assembler now supports the generation of DWARF-5 format line number tables. * The readelf tool now has a "lint" mode to enable extra checks on the file(s) that it is examining. * The linker can now generate map files into a directory, selecting the output filename automatically.

Description of problem:

  We need to rebase the binutils package in DTS 10 to the GNU Binutls 2.35 release.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  binutils-2.35

How reproducible:

  N/A

Additional info:

  The 2,35 release is scheduled for July 22.

Fixed in binutils-2.35-1.el7 and binutils-2.35-1.el6

Verified with devtoolset-10-binutils-2.35-3.el7.
