Cause: The che-workspace-operator has removed support for the Workspace resource and replaced it with the DevWorkspace CRD. Consequence: The command line terminal will not be enabled with the latest che-workspace-operator. Fix: Move OpenShift command line terminal to use the DevWorkspace resource. Result: Once the che-workspace-operator is installed, the command line terminal will be enabled in OpenShift Console.

Description of problem:
The workspace started to support the OpenShift web terminal needs to be updated to match the workspace operator.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start terminal as non-cluster-admin user using masthead terminal button 

Actual results:
Workspace is created as workspace.che.eclipse.org/v1alpha1/Workspaces

Expected results:
Workspace is created as devfile.io/v1alpha1/DevWorkspaces

This change is needed as the current Workspace resource will no longer be supported causing the command line terminal to stop working.
