Description of problem:

We use Keepalived to provide HA in OCP ipi-baremetal deployments, based on  customers requirement we should update our keepalived configuration from multicast to unicast and of course to provide smooth migration. 

Currently, RHEL8 supports Keepalived v2.0.10, it would very useful
to get a newer version, one that would support the  timed_reload capability, and also should have the latest bugfix release of 2.0.x
