When the pruner job fails, its pod gets deleted. It makes difficult to investigate problems.

I am closing this one as DUPLICATE as the PR that fixed the other BZ solves this one as well. I will update the description of the other ticket to reflect what is on this one so we have a consolidated view of the problem.
