This might be due to the update to Python 3.9. I'm working with upstream at https://github.com/msiemens/PyGitUp/issues/102 to try to figure this out. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle. Changing version to 33. Upstream 2.0.0 has been released on github but not on pypi. Will eventually upgrade to this - for now disabling checks as the change that made this FTBFS was a change in a dependency. We actually have git-up 2.0.1 in f33+ now.
