gnutls failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f33

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=47965501

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_33_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix gnutls at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
gnutls will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34,
gnutls will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Jeff Law 2020-08-06 00:09:38 UTC
I'm pretty sure the PPC gnulib failures are caused by bogus autoconf tests that are compromised by LTO. I'll take this BZ.

Comment 5 Ben Cotton 2020-08-11 14:06:40 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.

Comment 6 Jeff Law 2020-08-18 04:16:55 UTC
I've disabled LTO on ppc64le. However there are still armv7hl testsuite failures that are not related to LTO. So handing this back to the default assignee for further investigation.
