Description of problem:

Users asked for additional tooltip or definition for:
- IOPS, Resovery, Latency, etc.
- OCS Cluster, Data resiliency (for definition and what the status meant, e.g. when OCS Cluster’s status was Degraded- user wanted to know what it was and why it was degraded.)
- Egress

UX issue severity level: 3-Medium (refer below mentioned doc for severity levels)

Assigning to UXD, to come up with the text and the placement for Tooltips to be added in 4.7.

we are working on a doc to cover all the tooltips we need

The tooltip/definition addition on the UI was validated and the following observations were made .

Hi 

The doubts were cleared offline by badhikar . Tool tips / Definition LGTM and the same has been cross verfied using the design doc "https://marvelapp.com/prototype/98070cf/screen/75721357"

Hence moving the bug to verified state .
