Can you attach the .openshift_install.log from a run of installer where you see this error with env var TF_LOG=debug set? *** Bug 1867969 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Adding testblocker keyword since the duplicated bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1867969 has testblocker keyword, and it's blocking the tests against us-gov cloud is blocked verified. Description of problem: Receive a Terraform error when attempting to install a cluster into AWS govecloud region us-gov-west-1.
