Description of problem: Customer requires UDP capabilities for Octavia.

Details:

Our customer would like to have UDP capabilites with Octavia, which is currently not available in Octavia Queens but has been introduced in Octavia Train. Our customer is requesting a backport of this feature from Octavia Train to Octavia Queens.

This should be included in the Train backport, but would require a support exception until it is verified.
