Description of problem: ImageStream not getting populated on edit flow for Internal image stream

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

    Go to the Deploy image form
    Select the option `Image stream tag from internal registry
    Select image tag and create
    Edit from topology

Actual results: ImageStream not getting populated on edit flow for Internal image stream

Expected results: ImageStream should be populated on edit flow for Internal image stream

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always
