Feature: Pacemaker will now use "yes" as the default for the SBD_SYNC_RESOURCE_STARTUP environment variable.
Reason: Previously, the user had to explicitly set the variable in /etc/sysconfig/sbd, and make sure pcs did not overwrite it, in order to get improved reliability.
Result: All users now get improved reliability by default.
