Since we are moving onto 4.7 development now and this is a low priority, I don't think this is likely to be worth back porting to 4.5

@MGugino how do you feel about closing this one now?

I disagree.  I already have the patch open, BZ bot never refreshed it, was blocked on the 4.6 bug being verified, but now it is.

Based on the regression results CI results example on nightly - 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-10-22-231534 , moved to VERIFIED
