Cause: The list of interfaces that could be used to get and set BIOS config vales did not include Redfish.
Consequence: Redfish could not be used for BIOS configuration even when it was used for other functionality.
Fix: Add Redfish to list of enabled_bios_interfaces
Result: Redfish can be used to get and set BIOS configuration values

Plan is to add the patch to ironic-image this sprint. Fix has merged.
