Cause: The list of interfaces that could be used to get and set BIOS config vales did not include Redfish. Consequence: Redfish could not be used for BIOS configuration even when it was used for other functionality. Fix: Add Redfish to list of enabled_bios_interfaces Result: Redfish can be used to get and set BIOS configuration values

Description of problem:

Currently the enabled_bios_interfaces in ironic.conf doesn't include redfish.  it should be added in order to manage the bios settings between HP and Dell.


enabled_bios_interfaces = idrac-wsman,no-bios
