Description of problem:

Side panel of the Operator Backed Service is missing info in the Resources tab.
Based on original designs, Resource tab should have a "Managed by" line, including the associated CSV. It should also include all associated resources.

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install an operator to the project
2. Navigate to the Developer perspective, topology
3. Select the grouping for the installed operator
4. Select the Resources tab in the side panel

Actual results:

A small list of resources is shown

Expected results:

A link the the CSV (managed by) should be shown.
The full list of resources should be shown. The list should contain the same items shown if you follow the heading link to the installed operator page and select the Resources tab there.
