Moving this to OKD product and will track from there so it doesnt show up on OCP blocker list.

Putting component with Test Suite as this is an issue with CI on default catalogs in OKD.

This isn't a CI issue, its OLM providing catalogs incompatible with OKD. The fix is to promote an updated package via CI.

This should still be an OCP blocking bug

It works well on OKD that withour the redhat operators installed. LGTM, verify it.
