Damien is working on this one (cannot reassign) this is planned in one of the next sprints. This is fixed in upstream prometheus-operator and will be vendored downstream with the next release. All related PRs have been merged and OCP (master) now ships with prometheus-operator v0.43.0. tested with 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-11-05-010603, and followed steps in Comment 7 # oc -n openshift-monitoring logs -c prometheus prometheus-k8s-0 | grep -i "error creating" no result # oc -n openshift-monitoring logs -c prometheus prometheus-k8s-1 | grep -i "error creating" no result Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory (Moderate: OpenShift Container Platform 4.7.0 security, bug fix, and enhancement update), and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:5633 |
