Patch to fix compile error in xbase none

Description of problem:

xbase does not compile due to a coding error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xbase-2.0.0

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpmbuild --rebuild source.rpm or rpmbuild -bb spec.file
  
Actual results:

Build fails with:
