Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
Error "foreman-maintain packages is-locked --assumeyes failed!" in satellite.log while installing satellite.

1. Install Satellite
2. Check /var/log/foreman-installer/satellite.log file for errors.

- Satellite installation finishes successfully and I face no issue in using it.
- It's only that there is this ERROR message present in satellite.log
