Description of problem:

In order to improve customer awareness and avoid potential issues or misconfigurations, we need to add a Cinder RBD driver doc section that explains how the driver works (Cow, snapshots, etc) as well as the different related options that can affect the driver behavior.

Ceph specific deep dive details can point to the RHCS doc.
