We need to enable deferred_deletion in Cinder/16 to purge the RBD trash; Ceph Nautilus does not provide us with a built-in scheduler to do so.

the core cinder RFE is postponed to 17.1 which makes this RFE not relevant anymore as we will use the native ceph purge scheduler instead.
