Looking for some requirements on what to collect from representatives from gss

To be more specific.. we're looking for input on:

* what files and directories are required
* what data from the containers is needed, ( rpms, config, status etc.. )
* reports that should be created and logged in the sos-report, perhaps looking for errors, memory, cpu, network. etc..
* Anything else??
