Description of problem:
In order to package packit for EPEL 8, we need python-ogr there as well. Could you please build it for EPEL 8?

There are two dependencies missing, python-PyGithub and python-deprecated. I've filed bugs against those as well.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 34 development cycle.
Changing version to 34.
