OCP starts to provide csi drivers:
In OCP 4.6, we relesed manila csi driver, aws csi driver and ovirt csi driver
In OCP 4.7, we will releaes gce pd csi driver and cinder csi driver.

Suggestions for improvement: 
update the released drivers for 4.6 and 4.7 doc

With this BZ, we should also have reference doc starting in 4.7 that lists our current shipped CSI drivers and whether they support CSI snapshots, CSI cloning, and CSI resize. This could be backported to 4.5, but listing only CSI drivers that were available at that time (and also 4.6). 

Perhaps this should be a table in https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.6/storage/container_storage_interface/persistent-storage-csi.html and/or noted in the individual CSI driver operator assemblies.

Moving to POST until the updates are made and ready for QE.

I've added a table that can describe which CSI drivers are shipped with OCP, and it is out for review:

I'm thinking that I'll have to remove 4.7 Cinder support to backport this list, then add Cinder as a separate PR, possibly alongside this change: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1906283#c2
