In this doc the apiVersion for volumesnapshotclass and volumesnapshot is snapshot.storage.k8s.io, it's not correct

The apiVersion should be: snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1beta1

The PR to update this (https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/28034) is changing the CSI snapshot apiVersion to `snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1beta1`. But with 4.7 GA, it will change to `snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1`. Therefore, once PR28034 merges and prior to 4.7 GA, we need to update docs to `v1` and not `v1beta1` in a separate PR against master, CP to 4.7 only.

Changing to POST until the new PR is created.

Created and merged https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/28289 to update 4.7+ docs to use `apiVersion: snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1`, per https://github.com/openshift/cluster-csi-snapshot-controller-operator/pull/69.

Prior to 4.7, this should be `apiVersion: snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1beta1`.
