Currently we are able to provision a host using Foreman (Satellite) from engine:

This feature requires oVirt Foreman plugin to be maintained and installed in Satellite and we don't have enough resources to properly devlop and maintain this plugin.

It's also important to note that removing this feature doesn't break the ability to manage RHV VMs from Satellite nor the RHV feature to work with erratas from Satellite for hosts and VMs.

We are officially anouncing, that Foreman integration is deprecated from RHV 4.4.4 and it will be completely remove in RHV 4.4.6
