Doc Text:	Foreman integration, which allows you to provision bare metal hosts from the Administration Portal using Foreman and then added to the Manager, was deprecated in oVirt 4.4.6 / RHV 4.4.6 and removed completely in oVirt 4.4.7 / RHV 4.4.7. Similar functionality to provision bare metal hosts can be achieved using Foreman directly and adding an already provisioned host using the Administration Portal or the REST API.	Story Points:	---

Currently we are able to provision a host using Foreman (Satellite) from engine:

This feature requires oVirt Foreman plugin to be maintained and installed in Satellite and we don't have enough resources to properly devlop and maintain this plugin.

It's also important to note that removing this feature doesn't break the ability to manage RHV VMs from Satellite nor the RHV feature to work with erratas from Satellite for hosts and VMs.
