Description of problem: Patch upstream in libwacom for adding P15 panel ID for Wacom support.

Can we get this into RHEL please?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use stylus with P15 - it's not shown under wacom device setting

Unfortunately I don't think we have P15 in house, would you be please willing to test?

No problem.
I don't have one of these stylus so I'll have to ask the team in Japan to check it out but that shouldn't be a problem

Sanity testing yielded expected results and unfortunately I don't have access to this hardware. Verifying SanityOnly.
