Describe the issue:
On OCP, the Network Attachment Definitions created in default and openshift-multus namespace are global i.e. it can be used in any other namespace, referenced as <namespace>/<name of NAD>.
e.g., openshift-multus/ocs-nad

If NAD is created in any other namespace, then the NAD is restricted only to that namespace.
e.g. if the NADs are created in the openshift-storage namespace then the user would not be able to have applications running in other namespaces utilize OCS on multus network.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Create NAD to be utilized by OCS.

Suggestions for improvement:

The documentation for OCS on multus network should capture the above details and should have a hard requirement that the user creates the NADs in either default namespace or openshift-multus namespace.

Multus is supported in 4.7.

As per Eran we don't officially support it in 4.7. We will complete the doc effort in 4.8

Currently, in 4.8, UI doesn't display NADs from openshift-multus namespace.
Raised an RFE bug 1977929
