Describe the issue: On OCP, the Network Attachment Definitions created in default and openshift-multus namespace are global i.e. it can be used in any other namespace, referenced as <namespace>/<name of NAD>. e.g., openshift-multus/ocs-nad If NAD is created in any other namespace, then the NAD is restricted only to that namespace. e.g. if the NADs are created in the openshift-storage namespace then the user would not be able to have applications running in other namespaces utilize OCS on multus network. Describe the task you were trying to accomplish: Create NAD to be utilized by OCS. Suggestions for improvement: The documentation for OCS on multus network should capture the above details and should have a hard requirement that the user creates the NADs in either default namespace or openshift-multus namespace.

Currently, in 4.8, UI doesn't display NADs from openshift-multus namespace. Raised an RFE bug 1977929
