This ought to be fixed in gcc-11.0.0-0.14.fc34 already.

the -0.14 gcc landed in ELN only a moment ago

We may have a similar issue on aarch64 (and f33), I've filled a separate report at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1919634
There I'm using gcc-11.0.0-0.16.fc34 and gcc-10.2.1-9.fc33
