Description of problem:

Serverless → Serving
    1. Serving is in English
    2. ‘Set traffic distribution’ box has ‘split’, ‘Tag’ and ‘Revision’ in English.
    3. In ‘Edit kn-cli’ page, ‘Deploy Image’ ‘Image name from external registry’ ‘Image stream tag from internal registry’ ‘pipeline’ are in English.
    4. ‘Create’ → Service labels are in English.
    5. Click on any Service, ‘Services’, ‘Service Details’, ‘No labels’, ‘No owner’ and ‘Conditions’ are in English.


Serverless → Eventing

    1. ‘Add Subscription’ box has ‘Resource’ in English.
    2. Click on any Event source, ‘Details’ ‘No owner’ ‘Conditions’ are in English.
    3. Click on any Channel, ‘Add Subscription’ is in English.
