RHV without oVirt
This is important for upstream community adoption. @Simone hi, Sorry for the layman questions: a - Is it just a replacing the strings, e.g. upstream will see "oVirt" while downstream will see "RHV" ? b - Do we need to add some special support for "oVirt" that is different from "RHV", e.g. do we need to add a third option "oVirt" on top of "RHV" and "VMWare" that will behave in a third way ? (In reply to Yaacov Zamir from comment #3) > @Simone hi, > > Sorry for the layman questions: > a - Is it just a replacing the strings, e.g. upstream will see "oVirt" while > downstream will see "RHV" ? yes, it's just a "branding" issue. Even oVirt/RHV is fine. verified on master, it shows 'oVirt/RHV' when the brand is OKD. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
