Limiting package subscriptions to the Ansible 2.9 channel is not required for Red Hat Virtualization 4.4.5 installation.
Workaround: Remove the Ansible 2.9 channel subscription on Red Hat Virtualization Manager and Red Hat Virtualization hosts when upgrading from Red Hat Virtualization version 4.4.4 or lower.

Martin, Excellent list. Thank you. Just to be sure, in section 1.2.1 of the Release Notes, in table 1.1.,should I remove the 4th row, "Red Hat Ansible Engine," entirely or replace its contents with other values in the cells? If other values, what should they be? https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.4/html/release_notes/sect-subscriptions#Red_Hat_Subscription_Manager_Subscriptions_and_Repositories (In reply to Richard Hoch from comment #1) > Martin, > > Excellent list. Steve, please review the MR https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhci-documentation/docs-Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/-/merge_requests/1917 LGTM. Merged. Published and closed. (In reply to Richard Hoch from comment #8) > Published and closed. The fixes were published 2 weeks before the planned release of version 4.4.5. It was decided to leave the changes in the documentation set rather than remove them now and reinsert them on the day the version was released. |
