Description of problem:
Console demo plugin deployment image points to dockerhub, which has pull limits. We should use quay.io

2. Deployment's image points to dockerhub.io

Actual results:
Deployment's image points to dockerhub.io

Expected results:
Deployment's image points to quay.io

now the image points to image: quay.io/jhadvig/console-demo-plugin
