Console demo plugin deployment image points to dockerhub, which has pull limits. We should use quay.io

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/master/frontend/dynamic-demo-plugin/oc-manifest.yaml
2. Deployment's image points to dockerhub.io
3.

Actual results:
Deployment's image points to dockerhub.io

Expected results:
Deployment's image points to quay.io

now the image points to image: quay.io/jhadvig/console-demo-plugin
