Description of problem:
Add information tooltip icon to the new reboot host option

We just now added a new option on deploy and re-install host, this option is enabled by default(from my point of view this is so wrong), but it is missing information about what this option is all about. 
It is a MUST to have an information tooltip icon(blue info icon) that explains what this option is all about and why user/admin would like to use it. Specially if this option is enabled by default to all users.
From my point of view, this is a gap in the implementation of the feature.

Steps:
1) Go to Hosts -> New
2) Check that the Reboot host after install option has a tooltip

Results:
The tooltip for the option is present and the text explains the action with a hint to check the documentation for further explanation.

ovirt-engine-4.4.5.8-0.9.el8ev.noarch

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.5 release, published on March 18th 2021.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.5 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
