- The comments in CONFIG_USB_RTL8153_ECM actually turn off CONFIG_USB_RTL8152 (Justin M. Forbes)

broke USB type C Gigabit Ethernet Adapter using r8153_ecm driver.  Reenable
CONFIG_USB_RTL8152 fixed it.

Correction.  My USB type C Gigabit Ethernet Adapter needs r8152 driver.  r8153_ecm driver can load,
but doesn't really work.
