Based on https://triage.dptools.openshift.org/?date=2021-02-24&pr=1&job=vsphere&test=DNS%20should%20provide%20DNS%20for%20the%20cluster, I believe the issue is resolved. checked from the testgrid below, this test passed in a lot of CIs https://testgrid.k8s.io/redhat-openshift-ocp-release-4.8-informing#periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-ocp-4.8-e2e-vsphere Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
