failure:

fail [k8s.io/kubernetes.0/test/e2e/network/dns_common.go:464]: Unexpected error:

        s: "timed out waiting for the condition",
    }
    timed out waiting for the condition
occurred

This kind of failures started to happen on periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-ocp-4.8-e2e-vsphere.

Based on https://triage.dptools.openshift.org/?date=2021-02-24&pr=1&job=vsphere&test=DNS%20should%20provide%20DNS%20for%20the%20cluster, I believe the issue is resolved.
