Description:
This package includes both the list mapping X color names to RGB values
(rgb.txt) and, if configured to use a database for color lookup, the
rgb program to convert the text file into the binary database format.

This needs to be versioned higher than the rgb that already exists as a subpackage of xorg-x11-server-utils, I think, but it is not.

FTR, this was fixed in the above update, I bumped rbg to -40. Reason for this one package breaking was that it was a subpackage before so it had a proper NVR,  all other packages were just Provides NV but not R.
