+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1935667 +++

Description of problem:

While running a pipeline, the taskruns in the pipelinerun.status yaml doesn't have status.reason field for a moment causing the icon to disappear and the text to render outside the task bubble.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create and Start the pipeline

Actual results:
In pipeline run details page, the task status icon is not rendered and task name is pushed off the task pill.

Expected results:
The task status icon and task name should appear within the task pill
