Description of problem: While running a pipeline, the taskruns in the pipelinerun.status yaml doesn't have status.reason field for a moment causing the icon to disappear and the text to render outside the task bubble. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.8 & 4.7 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create and Start the pipeline Actual results: In pipeline run details page, the task status icon is not rendered and task name is pushed off the task pill.
