This bug is just for the archives.

lorax's templates.d/99-generic/runtime-cleanup.tmpl relies on xorg-x11-server-utils which has been split up into individual packages. So rather than installing xorg-x11-server-utils and removing parts of it, let's just install the packages we require instead (xrandr and xrdb)
