Spawned a 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-03-25-045200 cluster with cluster bot. Set insights operator pod to 0. Verified that Insights status says "Temporary unavailable." and the link still points to the old incorrect link: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/latest/support/getting-support.html

Launched a local instance of the web console against that same cluster, using the console repo and the openshift:release-4.7 branch. In this case, the link is updated to point to the right address: https://docs.okd.io/latest/support/remote_health_monitoring/using-insights-to-identify-issues-with-your-cluster.html

Note that this local instance uses OKD, which does not follow the exact same procedure as OSP, so the link will not point to the 4.7 version but to the latest.
