Verified that on 4.8 cluster (4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-03-22-031014) the link points to the latest version of the doc using the new link. Confirmed also using the master branch of the console repo against the same cluster. The bug was reported for a 4.7 cluster, for which this solution does not currently work, but it is addressed in Bug 1941468
