Skipping the scratch build because an SRPM could not be built: ['rpmbuild', '-D', '_sourcedir .', '-D', '_topdir .', '-bs', '/var/tmp/thn-mlcs38mq/mesa.spec'] returned 1: b'error: line 54: unclosed macro or bad line continuation\n'

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 34-final by Fedora user pwalter using the blocker tracking app because:

 mesa 21.0.2 has important hardware enablement fixes that would be nice to have on the install media.

It would be nice to know what the important hardware enablement fixes are, and if there are any significant non-bugfix changes.
